SHORT TERM: To create a Judiciary efficient in disputes resolution; fast track Case Management system for peace, order and good governance in the state. LONGER TERM: To create an enhanced justice delivery system that is efficient, fast track in case management, technologically equipped, with a multi-door avenue for disputes resolution, as to make for socio – economic and political advancement of our society.
